Ladle
Shrouds

    Long nozzles are used to shroud the casing stream between ladle and tundish,having the function of reducing reoxidation and nitrogen absorption from the ambient air. The products are shapd by coldisostatic press, made of corundum and graphite, with high thermal shock resistance, superior erosion resistance.

Entry Nozzle

    Submerged nozzles using together with monoblock stoppers are used to shroud the casing stream between tundish and mould. This product has the function of flow control, shrouding and direction of the casting stream and also has high resistance to thermal shock, corrosion and mechanical cracking.

Slide gates for tundish tube changer

    With the development of con-casting technology, tube changers have been applied for the tundish in steel mills home and abroad. So we have developed the slide gate series products for tube changers, including porous upper nozzle, porous top and bottom plates, which have performed well in tube changers of Benxi Steel, second works of Anshan Steel, Taiyuan steel as well as foreign tube changers.
